The YUMHUMS team provides you with a healthy alternative to current meals prepared for children at home, or unhealthy fastfood meals. Our meals are healthy and suitable for children aged 1 to 12 years old. All our ingredients are organic and fresh, nutritionally balanced to suit healthy child growth. All prepared according to the recommendations of the American Pediatric Society.

Meals are intended for children ages one to twelve, and portion sizes reflect this. We recommend ordering more meals for the week if older children or adults will also be enjoying the meals too. We have found that parents especially love the snacks, which can double as a breakfast option. All of our meals contain the same portion, based on the recommendations of the American Pediatrics Association.

Picky eaters are exactly who Yumhums was designed for! Most children are picky eaters, but we designed Yumhums meals to be healthier versions of foods we already know children love. We are confident that if your child is exposed to at least two weeks of Yumhums food, we will be able to figure out what kinds of foods they respond to best!
